Schedules

The public v1 API does not create schedules yet. Configure recurring schedules inside the Scribe page in Obelisk.

Use the API for ad hoc dispatch into a Scribe that already has standing orders. Use the app for recurring work cadence, activation, deactivation, and human review.

Recommended pattern

  1. Create the schedule in Obelisk.
  2. Put source systems, approval gates, and escalation rules in the Scribe's standing orders.
  3. Use API task dispatch only for one-off work or external handoffs.
