Inbound Channels
Inbound channels are configured inside Obelisk today. Scribes can work from email, SMS, and app conversations, but public customer webhook creation is not part of v1.
Current model
- Obelisk receives and normalizes inbound channel events.
- Events are routed to the owning Scribe and organization.
- The Scribe can reply through the configured channel when the work requires it.
- Use support if you need a specific inbound integration wired for a production Scribe.
